How far along? 12 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: No weight gain yet, staying strong at 120 lbs.
Maternity clothes? People definitely like buying them for me, but I haven't felt the need to wear any yet!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: I'll sometimes nap during the day and I sleep pretty well throughout the night. I'm usually woken up a few times to go pee though.
Best moment this week: We told our coworkers this week which was really fun.
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? Sushi! So many sushi dreams.
Movement: Not yet, too early. I can feel which side Baby Rainer is on though.
Food cravings: Sausages, pistachio pudding and sometimes Skittles.
Anything making you queasy or sick: The smell of refrigerators. I have this new superpower of extreme smell and its horrible.
Have you started to show yet: Not really, my pants fit a little it tighter though!
Gender prediction: Girl for me. Boy for the Hubs.
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy! But others might disagree.
Weekly Wisdom: Keep pretzels by the bed to fight morning sickness! Also, get a father's blessing if your morning sickness is as terrible as mine.
Looking forward to: Our 14 week appointment December 30th!

How far along? 13 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Not that I know of. But I'm pretty sure some stuff is movin' around making my pants more snug.
Maternity clothes? Nope!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: I've always been a good sleeper. Recently the only thing waking me up is Shane's frequent sleep talking bouts.
Best moment this week: We hit 13 weeks on Christmas Eve and had the most wonderful Christmas with our families.
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? Goat cheese and Brie.
Movement: Not yet, too early.
Food cravings: Skittles and Chalupas from Taco Bell.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I am still just very sensitive to smells. It's my least favorite part.
Have you started to show yet: Not sure, I think so! I can definitely feel a little more jiggle in front, but it could just be Taco Bell.
Gender prediction: Girl for me. Boy for the Hubs.
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy! However I have noticed a lack in my patience when I'm feeling a little nauseous. Sorry!
Weekly Wisdom: B6 and Unisom together are not only a good night time sleep aid but it helps me tons with feeling queasy.
Looking forward to: Seeing Baby Rainer in a few days and gstting ready for vacation!

Yesterday we made a big announcement. We're pregnant! Well, WE'RE not, I am. But Shane's pretty excited too. We were amazed at the out pour of love and congratulations from so many people yesterday. Thank you so much to everyone who reached out to us. We feel so loved!
I am very excited this baby has given me an excuse to start blogging again, so get ready. There's' a lot of TMI pregnancy updates in store for this blog. Until then, I'll take a minute to answer some questions everyone's been asking.
I am in my 12th week (or 3rd month for people who don't do weeks). I found out I was pregnant October 26th and told Shane immediately. I don't think it was until our 10th week ultrasound that he finally believed that I was actually-real-life-not-lying pregnant.
Here might be a little TMI section, but people wanna know! I hadn't been on any birth control since September 2013, so about exactly a year. I was on the DEPO shot for a while and let me just say, it messed me up. Since family planning takes two to tango; Shane and I decided together to stop birth control for a while to help my body get back to normal and if a baby happened, it happened. And guess what guys? It didn't happen. For a year! I was so bummed. I saw a lot of people around me, some in my family, start to have infertility problems. When it had been a year of no birth control for me, I started to get scared. [*side note I know there are so many couples out there who struggle with infertility and have waited much longer than we did. I really am not saying my situation is better/worse than theirs. My heart aches for those families.] I was very much on board with having a baby right-now-right-this-second, but alas, it doesn't always work that way. September 2014 rolls around and in the struggle to find out if this was the "right time" to actually start trying; or when the "right time" would be, I went to the temple. You know; you learn a lot in that place, I highly recommend it. It was in the temple that I felt calmed about my situation and I was hit in the face with a huge reminder of "God's will." Pesky little thing that is, I decided to chill out and eventually it would happen. In October, Shane's career started to advance pretty rapidly (and still is, I'm trying to keep up) with a wonderful company he's been with for a while now. Around this time, Shane said to me "I think it would be okay to start trying now. I feel like it's a good time." We prayed about it and everything really fell into place. One month of trying and BOOM positive pregnancy test October 26th. Such a huge testament to me of God's will and timing. We are so over the moon with our little "shimmy shaker" (Shane nicknamed baby) who is about the size of a lime right now.
We told our families in the most hilarious games of charades you ever did see, which was so much fun. And announced to the rest of the world through our Christmas card this year.
Our first ultrasound showed us a very healthy baby with a strong heartbeat of 183 beats per minute. Baby Rainer was wiggling all around for us and dancing like crazy. The doctor said baby is measuring 3 millimeters longer than expected, which means our long legs are finally kickin' in.
We expect to see sweet (long) Baby Rainer sometime around July 1, 2015.
